How many sessions
should I have?
We recommend at least 10 sessions to start off with.
These are not exhaustive protocols and will differ from person to person, but to give you an indication:

Athletes or similar: 5 sessions every other day, especially before and after athletic events.

Healthy individuals can have 2-3 sessions a week for a month, thereafter 10 sessions per month.

Unhealthy individuals can have 3-4 sessions a week for 2 months, thereafter 10 sessions per month.

Chronically ill individuals can have 3-4 sessions a week for 3 months, thereafter 3 sessions per week.


Important to take note

Ensure adequate water intake before and after a session.

For Ozone to be effective you have to break a sweat during your session.

Ozone is absorbed through the skin. To maximize the benefits of Ozone it is best to wear as little as possible while in the sauna

Support with appropriate supplements.

Ozone promotes vitamin and mineral absorption. But WAIT at least 1 hour after each session. Supplements taken should include Vitamin B (complex), C, E, A, Zinc, Selenium, N-Acetyl-Cysteine and Copper
